For each of our products there is a declaration of conformity according to the EU 10/2011 regulation. Our reusable cups do not contain melamine resin or other harmful substances that can escape when they come into contact with hot or cold beverages.
A regional laboratory regularly tests our reusable cups, lids and colors as part of a permanent quality assurance process. We do not use additional plastic films for any packaging and exclusively use wet adhesive tape to seal the cardboard boxes. Wet tape can be 100% recycled and seals the box.

The ÖkoCup is a high-quality and durable BPA-free plastic cup that savesraw materials and resources in a closed recycling system and thus promotes sustainability. The reusable cups are produced in Berlin and come from controlled raw materials from suppliers within the EU.
Already when shipping, we pay attention to the reduction of packaging material and completely dispense with conventional film packaging.
The Shipping is CO2 neutral via our logistics partners.
At the end of their useful life, we collect the used returnable cups from your premises and feed them into our recycling process. Plastic cups produced in this way have a recycled content of up to 100% plastic.
With the ÖkoCup you get more than just a reusable cup. ÖkoCup offers a reusable system in which up to 100% of the material is recycled.
The ÖkoCup cup is the only reusable cup that can be returned to a sustainable recycling loop at the end of its service life.
This allows us to reuse almost all of the material from the used coffee cups in production.
The ÖkoCup reusable cup is available in classic coffee cup sizes from 0.15 L to 0.3 L and volumes of 0.4 or 0.5 L as a drinking cup for beer or other beverages. Our reusable cups fit into all standardized stacking systems and underneath all coffee machines. ÖkoCup is a 100% BPA and melamine free plastic cup made of polypropylene (abbreviation PP), which saves raw materials, costs and resources in our recycling cycle.

We can also fulfill unusual color requests with our flexible production in Berlin. From quantities of 8.000 cups, we also produce the ÖkoCup in the most unusual color of your choice. The same also applies to our reusable lids. Production in individual special colors is possible from a quantity of 8.820 pieces. Just contact our support team!
We are happy to offer the individual design of your reusable cup in monochrome screen printing. We print the mug on request all around or only partially with your logo or desired motif.
Details on printing can be found in the respective booth sketches. If you need less than 945 pieces, we will be glad to offer you an EcoCup printed with our logo.
As design template, we provide different sketches as PDF file for each cup size and cup color.
Our cups and colors are tested
DIN EN 12875-2:2002-03. An independent dishwasher test confirms no change in the cups and printing colors after more than 1.000 wash cycles.

The reusable lids for our reusable cups are available in 2 sizes. The diameter differs between 80 & 90 mm.

The 80mm lids fit 0.25l & 0.3l reusable cups. Our new 90mm lids are suitable for 0.4l & 0.5l cups.

We offer lids in 7 Pantone colors (white, black, gray, natural/clear, green, pink and orange). From 8,820 pieces, the production of the lids in a special colour is possible.

All cups and lids can be individually printed with your logo from an order quantity of 630 pieces. Please do not hesitate to ask!
We are happy to offer the individual design of your reusable lids from a quantity of 630 pieces. We also print smaller quantities by arrangement. There are various options for creating your individual lid design.
The logo can be printed with a diameter of Ø 40 mm on the 80s and 90s reusable lids.

First choose your desired cup size, cup color and the required amount.
The minimum quantity per print job depending on the cup size, see data sheet.
For your safety, always plan a reserve of 30% for possible peaks. Allow approximately 14 – 21 business days from planning to delivery. If you need the cups faster, we recommend to choose the model without print or the low-priced Eco Cup Share variant.
You have selected size, color and quantity? Wonderful, now download the respective Stand sketch in your cup size download. Depending on the selection, you will find the optimal print format.

Here, an area of 190mm x 73mm (length x height) is available for printing. Provided you have a graphics department, this is the area without prints that can be scheduled. If you plan and design the print yourself, we will be happy to help.
Send us your logo in the following formats: PDF, EPS, AI, PNG or JPG. We also need the desired printing color. Example: black cup, white print.

The ÖkoCup reusable cup is not only ecologically sensible, it also pays off economically. Its use in closed locations (without public traffic) such as canteens, warehouses, hospitals, festivals or production sites, in combination with cup return machines, can save thousands of plastic cups every day.

Our reusable cups develop their full potential in combination with our uncomplicated return and deposit systems. Our reverse vending machines incl. cleaning process are tried and tested and have already been used successfully for many years.
The combination of our automatic take-back system together with the ÖkoCup as a deposit cup is thus used in gastronomy, canteens and hospitals.
You do not need additional staff to take care of returnable cup deposits.
We also offer our customers a service in combination with our vending machine for the regular cleaning and refilling of the hard plastic cups used.
